Joseph M. Caporusso DPM, MPH, CPI

Dr. Joseph M. Caporusso DPM, MPH, CPI is the Founder, CEO and Certified Principal Investigator at Futuro Clinical Trials LLC. Dr. Caporusso is a board-certified podiatrist. He has served as President of the American Podiatric Medical Association, The International Federation of Podiatrists and The Texas Podiatric Medical Association. He also chaired The Peripheral Arterial Disease Coalition.

Felipe Gomez-Escandon, MD

Dr. Felipe Gomez is a family physician in Mission, TX with over 45 years of experience. Dr. Gomez graduated from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico in 1974. Dr. Gomez is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice.

Guillermo Ruben Pechero, MD

Dr. Guillermo Ruben Pechero is an orthopedic surgeon in McAllen, TX, with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Pechero graduated from Albany College, where he received his M.D. in 1992.

Mario Del Pino, MD

Dr. Mario Del Pino has completed advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive, bariatrics, and foregut surgery. Dr. Del Pino graduated with his medical degree from the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in 1996 and is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery since 2004.

Luis Reyes, MD

Dr. Luis Reyes graduated from La Salle University School of Medicine in 1983 and is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery since 2001.

Pablo Rivera, MD

Dr. Pablo Rivera graduated from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez in 2001 and is board-certified with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery since 2016.

Guillermo Marquez, MD

Dr. Guillermo Marquez graduated from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi in 1988 and is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery since 1997.

Jesus Villarreal, MD

Dr. Jesus Villarreal graduated from the University of Texas-Medical Branch in Gaveston in 2009 and is board-certified with the American Board of Surgery since 2017.

Michael (Mike) Dinos, CRNA

Mr. Dinos graduated in 2018 with his Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia degree from National University (Fresno).

Jorge Alvarez, CRNA

Mr. Alvarez graduated in 2006 with his Master of Science in Anesthesia degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.

Thomas Brooks, DPM

Dr. Thomas Brooks has been a podiatrist in the Rio Grande Valley for over 30 years. He graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1984 from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Brooks is also board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Joseph Bender, DPM

Dr. Joseph Bender has been a podiatrist in McAllen, TX for over 25 years. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Farleigh Dickinson University in 1985 and graduated as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1989 from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Bender is also board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.

Luis E. Caporusso, DPM

Dr. Luis E. Caporusso graduated from Temple University in May 2022 with his degree in Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Luis completed his podiatry residency where he served as Chief Resident at the University of Texas Health Science Center in June 2025.
